First Industrial Prices Public Offering of 1.25 Million Common Shares

CHICAGO, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), the nation's largest provider of diversified industrial real estate, today announced that it has priced a public offering of 1,250,000 shares of its common stock at $39.45 per share. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2005. The Company also has granted the underwriter an over-allotment option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares of common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being sold by the Company.
